Shout out to our listing broker, Steven Neiger, and KTNV Channel 13 Action News for sharing the best kept foodie secret in Las Vegas.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Chinatown is one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods to grab a bite to eat.

For decades the strip along Spring Mountain Road has been the valley’s best kept secret for Asian restaurants, but now property expert Steven Neiger says it’s attracting a new kind of business.

“When people think about restaurants in Chinatown they think about Asian food, but now we have French food, Spanish, and Mexican food. This area has become the culinary rebel of the Strip,” Steven Neiger, associate vice president of Colliers International.

Neiger says the evolution of Chinatown is just beginning and real estate is booming in the area.

The Asian Chamber of Commerce says they are excited about growth and thrilled to welcome new businesses.
